* Two nights - Haute Savoie Weekend, Marmotte Recon Weekend , Etape Recon Weekend and the Time Megeve.
* Three nights - Mont Ventoux weekend.
* Four nights - La Marmotte cyclosportive
* Five nights - Chamonix to Nice, Tour du Mont Blanc, La Transpyrénées and Le Tour des Grande Alpes
* Seven nights - Majorca training weeks.
4. Lunch, sports nutrition (drinks and bars) from our sponsor BIkefood and fresh fruit.
5. Assistance with bike assembly and mechanical support throughout your trip.
6. Two professional guides with race experience and dedicated support from our team car providing water bottles, sports nutrition, essential spares (including wheels), medical supplies and spare clothing should the weather turn bad!
7. Entrance Fee’s to all events.
Air travel is not included in the price and has to be booked by you. All Alpine weekends fly in and out of Lyon or Geneva Airport with the exception of Chamonix to Nice (in Via Geneva, out via Nice) and Mont Ventoux (Marseille). For the Majorca training camp you need to fly into Palma. Please note recommended flight times are included in the joining instruction that is sent to you with confirmation that we have received your deposit. - British airways fly direct to Geneva, Nice, Marseille and Palma Mallorca from various UK airports.
- Swiss Air fly direct to Geneva from London city and London Heathrow.

Should you or any member of your party be forced to cancel your booking, we must receive notice by email from the person making the original booking. The cancellation will take effect from the date that such written notice is received. The following cancellation charges will apply. The charges are expressed as a percentage of the total trip price excluding the deposit which is non refundable.

GPM10 insist on travel insurance for yourself and equipment. Cycling on open alpine roads can be dangerous. In the event of medical support, lost baggage or if you need to cancel your trip, insurance can be essential. Please ensure your insurance covers you for sport. In addition it is recommended that EU Nationals hold an EHIC card for reciprocal health care provision within the EU. Online application is available from http://www.ehic.org.uk/.
Additional contact details are also required by GPM10 in case of emergency.
A valid British Passport is required to gain entry to France, Spain, Switzerland and Italy. If you need to apply for a new passport or for its renewal, make such application at least eight weeks before departure. Foreign nationals are advised to contact their local embassy to check their visa requirements. No vaccinations are required for any current GPM10 trip. The Department of Health provides health advice for travelers and online application for an EHIC card giving citizens of member states reciprocal health benefits within the EU. Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 (unless otherwise stated on the trip page)for our alpine schedule and 16 to our Mallorca itinerary. GPM10 work with smaller client numbers to ensure the safety blanket we provide in the mountains is managed to its fullest. The benefit of small numbers also ensures that each client receives sufficient individual support & attention on the road. Our client to stff ratio is 4 to 1

Each ride is professionaly guided by experienced cyclists with race experience and constant vehicle support with the GPM10 team car. Essential spares (including wheels) and medical supplies are carried in the support car at all times. GPM10 is based in France and our knowledge and experince of working in the mountains is second to none. Mechanical support inculding the assistance of an experinced bike mechanic are provided throughout your trip.
You do not need to be a professional athlete to enjoy a GPM10 trip but you will need to be in reasonably good shape. Our tours combined, with the terrain in which we operate, are designed to be a challenging but rewarding experince for any cyclist. If you are comfortable with the daily mileage (including climbs) and ride times of between 4-6 hours we will get you through the mountains. . Your bike in good mechanical working order. We strongly advise you to get your bike checked and serviced before you leave and insure you have good tires and brakes that work!
. A helmet which we advise you to wear at all times. Cycle clothing for both summer and winter conditions: especially warm gloves, over shoes and a waterproof jacket
NOTE: Mountain weather can be very changeable, we have experienced snow in June, so it is advisable to have a spare set of clothing to change into if required.
. Riding at a high altitude means an increased risk of UV exposure and we strongly reccommend you bring sun block and a cycling cap.
. A hand luggage size bag or rucksack (55x40x20cm) to be carried in the support car for you personal belongings and additional items of of clothing you may need during the day. Your main luggage wil be forwarded seperatly to the designatd hotel for each night.
NOTE: Try to avoid packing your cycle helmet, shoes, pedals and clothing in with your bike. In the unlikely event your bike does not arrive we can try to source a temporary replacement.
To reserve your spot please book online at http://www.gpm10.com/booking/ If you make a reservation more than 8 weeks prior to the trip a £100.00 deposit is due within 14 days of your booking. If you reserve your trip less than 8 weeks prior to the departure, the full balance is due at the time of booking. All trips are subject to availability and group sizes are limited.
